Advanced Alloy Solutions

Material performance is central to the reliability of every component we produce. At Uni Abex, alloy development forms a critical part of our Engineering Research & Development activities, enabling us to design materials that perform reliably under demanding industrial conditions.

Our metallurgical team continuously develops and refines proprietary alloy systems to address challenges such as carburization, creep deformation, thermal fatigue, corrosion and wear. These materials are engineered through controlled chemistry, casting discipline and process validation to ensure consistent performance in real operating environments.

Working closely with plant engineers, furnace designers and OEM partners, we develop application-specific alloy solutions that align with process requirements and operating conditions.
