PROCESS CAPABILITIES

• Horizontal Centrifugal Castings:

  Tube length of 6000mm for diameters upto 200mm and maximum lengths of 1500mm for diameters between 200mm and 1050mm. Minimum internal tube diameter of 30mm upto a length of 2500mm.

• Vertical Centrifugal Castings:

  Conical casting with top diameter of 1200mm and height of 1500mm.

• Static Castings:

  Equipped with Omega plant from UK the Static Foundry has a capacity of 1200MT per annum of saleable castings with capability to pour single piece casting of 3000 kilograms.
